Once you’ve set up your contact groups, you can choose the group you want to send your message to, whether it’s your Altar Servers, Readers etc and decide whether you need to receive replies. Then simply type your message and either choose to send it now or schedule it for sending later.
Group texting from your phone has never been easier. You first authorise your phone on www.parishtext.ie – you only ever need to do this once. Begin your text message with the letters GT followed by the name of the contact group, eg GTChoir. Then enter your message and send it to the access number provided for that country. The world is your oyster!
